Good to hear from you, Joyce. We've all had lapses, so don't beat yourself up too hard. Just look forward and take each day one at a time. I bet if you started Induction from scratch, you'd get a nice big whoosh! That's what I got, after 3 weeks of cheating a bit here and there. My body got so used to the higher carb level, so when I went back to Induction after Jan 1st, I lost 4 lbs my first week! If you're up for it, I would suggest you give it a try. :)
