I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday, but it's hard not too when your working so hard to make sure you get it right this time. I didn't take my diet too seriously on superbowl Sunday and over did it a bit (My old self would have done so much worse, but I did eat a little bit of everything). So come Tuesday morning I was freaking out when I had gained almost everything back. But Thank goodness it was just water weight/bloating from all the crazy foods. I am still on track and losing. Whew! That was a close call. I am happy to say I learned a lesson from that experience. I do not have a Gym membership, and I do not stress about the workouts just yet. With three kids (two under 2 years old), I have enough on my plate to overstress about working out. I will squeeze in little bits here and there (squats, jumping jacks, crunches, etc) when I can. But I really just try and focus on my diet right now. But the other day I took a few moments to go for a jog, and it was wonderful!!! I loved it. I will have to slowly work that into my days. It being so cold with ice, snow and wind around here it's hard to get out anyways. Come on spring!
