Most of the nutrition is in the egg yolk. The white is all protein. Both are good for the body. Unless there is a medical issue, no need to give either up or waste the yolk. Each to his/her own. Have fun.

Unless you are eating anything that has salt in it make sure you do a teaspoon a day of salt. It is a electrolyte and it is needed.

There are a lot of nutrients in the yolk that you don’t find in other foods.

On a cleanse so going for the prow twin. Next week I’ll start with leveling out everything. Trying to just eat healthy and clean. Does Himalayan salt count on the electro lights?

Good job! No worries on egg yolks. Cardiologist recommend no more than three per week. I have laying hens so I like to scramble up three egg whites to one yolk. Im tracking fat grams and yolks are an issue. As for added salt, yes, it’s an essential electrolyte but you should get plenty from whole foods like celery, most vegetables. It’s added to every processed food, breads, etc so generally not an issue in US.
