So I actually started eating a little bit more and allowing some 'fun' foods within what I can eat. Found Oui alternative yogurt and looks like I can tolerate them well. Found Artic Zone alternative ice cream and tried that yesterday. Let's see if my body doesn't scream at me for that.

Eating between 1200 and 1500 calories seems to have pushed the weightloss into high gear. I was barely getting to 1000 calories before. I've also been working more so I know I need more calories. And water consumption is up as well because of work.
