It has been an awful few months. My disease makes it impossible for me to move around in any way. I can't control my weight and it's all coming back. I can't cook so I am just snacking. I've tried to keep snacks on the healthier side but it doesn't seem to be helping. I don't know where to go from here :(

I understand. I am on dialysis and even on good days, I can feel too tired to do anything. I just lower my calorie intake and try to choose healthier options.
I know it gets hard and you can get frustrated but don't give up!

❤First of all, please do not get down on yourself, that won't make anything better. Of course it's alright to be disappointed, but at the very least put a time limit on that. I read on your bio that you practice yoga. The philosophy that goes along with yoga is very useful in your self-care journey. On a more basic level, plan, plan plan. Plan out your strategy for good days, bad days and everything in between. If all you can handle is snacking, then make sure it's all nutritious and that you like your food. Remember you are an intelligent woman and by taking care of yourself, you are sending out a message to all around you (including yourself) that you are worth it. You can do this. ❤👍

I would say add some cardio in! I was 350 plus pounds and no energy at all literally but when I decided that I wanted to be better I couldn’t do cardio right out the gate. I dusted off some golf clubs and went to the golf course and carried my clubs on my back to begin my weight loss journey. I paid for 18 holes but my body only allowed me to barely do 9. Slowly I built up to 18 holes and lost 20 pounds, I decided to join a gym and started eating better. I made friends with a elliptical machine and started lifting weights. Slowly but surely i have lost 71 pounds, I hit plateaus where I don’t lose weight but I never give up I keep going until I break that plateau. Find that inner strength and fight for it. You can do it

Good luck to you. I too have a medical condition. Meniere s disease and I get vertigo attacks, but that means that I don't eat much. But I keep looking for answers.

Can you afford a meal kit delivery? Many have prepared, healthy meals to choose from. Best wishes to you.

Thank you everyone for your encouraging words!! I really appreciate them :) I have been diagnosed with Graves disease and it has limited my entire lifestyle. I love the planning idea, Ccandco, and the baby steps (wish I golfed!) from Lenny! All of your ideas are great. I wish I could afford a meal kit, birdrn10, but not at this time. I will try not to give up but it's so frustrating! HOWEVER, I did use my mini trampoline the last two days :) it was HARD but I did it even if it was only a few minutes at a time. Thats progress! Thanks again to everyone who commented <3
