If I don't weigh myself here soon I'm going to go mental. I just want to see the number difference, even though I am seeing physical differences. I've been looking back at pictures of myself from this time last year and it's pretty frightening to see how much denial I was in.

I definitely understand where you are coming from. The same thoughts go through my mind every time I see "before" pictures of myself. What I do after that is I try to imagine myself a year from now and try to focus on that positive thought rather than dwell on my past denials. =)
