I have been horrible this week. :( I have really gotten off track due to laziness. I have not been preparing my meals or making good choices. Well it's time to remedy the situation. I know that I need to stay motivated and get serious. I am capable of achieving my goal, I have been blessed with a strong body, mind & spirit. I am determined to still achieve a loss this week but if I fail...I won't be discouraged. Everyday thousands of people are faced with similar obstacles, my situation is not unique and my fate is in my hands. Many blessings to all of you, may you maintain your balance & strength.
