Wow, trying to tune out the unsolicited advice from a "friend" who has a number of health challenges and is overweight. I know she means well, or does she? I work hard on not hurting her feelings, however, I'm getting to the end of my rope with the, "It doesn't take all of that, and you don't need to follow any meal plan, just do you, you will get to your goal."
