Slacked off a bit on my HIIT program but still hitting the gym hard. I worked all weekend carrying ladders and climbing up and down so my arms and legs are sore despite the gym work I do. There's a lot to be said for high-rep workouts! I have to take a break from the program for about a week starting Thursday night due to an outpatient surgery but I'll be sticking hard to the diet to not reverse progress. I estimate about 2000 calories rather than the 2250 I'm shooting for now. I use IIFYM for these calculations, btw. Enjoy your week all!
