So far so good today !
Im doing a detox and having three days with super low calories to jump start my body!
Im having bottles and bottles of water, and I have a steam tent which Ive used this morning and a nice shower after
I've applied the new tummy fix cream that's supposed to get the inches off too yeah right!
Im feeling good in my brain so I'm thinking the weight should fade away! also we have booked a working holiday and thats in 6 weeks Ive gained a lot if weight since I saw my friends in france so this should incourage me!
HOPEFULLY WEIGHT THIS MORNING WAS ALL OVER TOO
