Diario de POWENCH, 24 ene. 09

Good Grief, what a day..if it is possible for calories to sneek up on you, that is what happened to me today. I knew that breakfast was a splurge with Blueberry muffins, but my husband loves them and so I make them from scratch every so often. Well I went on to make a few other favorites for him today and ended up eating myself. I did exercise, thank god, but today was the lowest net calorie loss since I started this thing.

I am headed off to the city for work next week. Luckily going with some folks who know I am working on this stuff, so that should keep me in line. My local gym is closed this week, so will be glad to have a hotel with exercise facilities. One draw back is no weigh in this week as I will be out of town.

Again I am trying to see the forest instead of the trees. Look down the road cause things are changing. My jeans are downright baggy again. So I will try to stay focused.
