So yesterday I got a temporary crown. Little nervous about chewing, but will that aid my diet effort or hinder it? Anyway, this morning I read a rather lengthy article written by a man who'd managed to lose roughly 50 lbs over an 18 month period of consistent food logging & increased exercise. Pretty insightful. One of the quotes was:
“you didn’t turn up here for 45 minutes just to blow your diet in the final 15 minutes!”
Yeah, I can be guilty of that, thinking I'll "burn it off later." And I can see how I've been slipping a bit lately on the diet frontier. Time to step up my game!
