Diario de Mamagurg, 07 ene. 11

So even though this is day 5 I don't think I did too bad this week. I hovered around 1550 calories per day, so next week we need to try and bring this down to 1400 calories. Quite proud of myself tonite I had salad and 2 pieces of pizza when I used to pound down like 4 to 5 pieces. So I weigh in again next week, we'll see what happens
