Welcome, Monday! I'm back at work with a new attitude. I decided to beat COVID fatigue with a change in how I present to the WORLD. I decided to change my routine by being sure I look like I am at work and shutting down once my day is over. I've been working from home since the shutdown in March 2019. Because I'm at home, I haven't dressed for work at home the way I dress for work in the office. I think because of this there is no distinction between being at home and at work. I hope this will also focus me on eating well and working out to get back to my pre-pandemic weight. We shall see. Be well, everyone.

Pandemic or not, there is an art to working from home effectively. Maintain a schedule and separation when you’re done. It will save your sanity. And remember, when working from home, pants are always optional. Just make sure you don’t stand up on a videocon. 😳
