Diario de hottieinafatbody, 19 ene. 09

Ok, I'm going to start exercising big time in the morning... going to do the Leslie Sansone's Walk Off the Pounds 2 mile dvd TWICE back to back in the morning and then after work I am going to do it again and I will NOT cheat or go over my calories for the next 27 days (I have a Valentine's day challenge going!).

I've done that dvd once and then walked another mile or so outside, never attempted to do it twice in a row though whew! But i am an all or nothing type personality so I really need to just go for it and not stop!

oh yay! i love those DVD's :D If you want a real butt kicker get one of the 5 mile ones! you can split them up, its great.

duh I meant its a goal to shoot for, ahaha not sure how I typo'd the 'you' I am sure you are already doing it.

How do you do these? Do you walk in place or on the treadmill, or what?

walk in place, do side steps, kicks, knee lifts, walk forward and backward and back kicks (the hardest for me anyway) she gets you going pretty fast especially if you keep in tempo with their feet, I sometimes find myself slacking until I get back in sync with the speed that their feet are moving then it kicks my butt.
