Didn't loose anything this week...might have to do with my water consumption! Something I keep forgetting to do, drink more water! Not drinking any cola, just Sprite Zero and Diet Gingerale once or twice a day. Using sweetner in my coffee and low fat creamers!

Working nights is killing me, cuz I wake up eat dinner, eat lunch at work and sometimes breakfast when I come home. So it's all backwards for me.

Need to change something though, don't seem to have any energy today...I usually get an energy burst after excercise...but not today?
