So, still maintaining my last recorded weight. Guess that's good, but I knew the weight loss would slow down! Just need to be patient & keep with the diet plan. And yeah, maybe do some tracking to see if I can figure out how much of what I'm eating! Last night's dinner wasn't too bad, I made a BSTT wrap. That's bacon, spinach instead of lettuce, tomato, and some turkey lunch meat thrown in to boost the protein. The tortilla wrap was low-carb & about 45 calories, but it busted my limit of 1 grain serving a day, plus I ate a little too much chocolate. REALLY trying to cut down (but not eliminate, God forbid!) on the chocolate. I know I've kept those yummy Dove chocolate squares around, thinking I'd just have one (at about 44 calories each), but often it was way more than one, LOL! For the past 10 days or so, I've REALLY been cracking on that ONLY ONE rule. The chocolate protein shakes help, though. Last night I spent about 40 minutes on the treadclimber, so I feel pretty good about that. Tonight will be leftover chicken breast with veggies, some walking & some Pilates! I'll get there....
