The scale is very generous today. My last weigh-in was at the doctor's office, and later in the day. The nutritionist I saw there said NO MORE DIET SODA. It's just been tea and water from then on. I hadn't realized that even diet soda had sodium in it. And aspartame is just bad in general. I've been a lot better about not eating high calorie food, too. When I get super hungry, I eat a little low-cal snack like the 25 calorie Popsicle I had recently. If the scale is accurate, I am now the lowest I've been since I started the diet back in August. Gotta keep trying.

That's great! I drink way too much diet soda too. Maybe I'll start looking at tea and water too.

Be careful with the tea to, unless it is herbal tea! But great job! (ps giving up diet coke has been one of the hardest parts of my weight loss journey! :( )
