I decided to do LA Weight Loss because I had success with it in the past. I'm not starting until Sunday in order to get everything organized that I need. This week my goal was to exercise twice and I have done Zumba 3 times -- 20 minute express twice and Cardio Party Live once. It feels good to move and breathe and dance! Tomorrow I should do weights, so I'll try the Zumba Sculpt and Tone.
