I don't want to bore everyone with my journal topics, but I'm not sure how to make it private! Had a few days since last weigh in of going over my 1000mg sodium limit. A couple days had between 1200 and 1500 and maybe even one day with 2000-2500, but all the other days were at 1000 or below. Almost always expend more calories than take in and only go over RDI once in awhile, but not dropping weight very quickly, so must be overestimating on the caloric burn of my activities, but that's ok because I know slow and steady is the best way to keep extra weight off and to adopt a new lifestyle.
59,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 7,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
