Tomorrow's weigh day and it won't be pretty I have cheated the past 3 days with the excuse that I exercised oh well I learned a valuable lesson you have to be "good" 90% of the time.

Tuesday I'm going to purchase Biggest Loser DVD's to use in addition to my Leslie Sansone. Leslie is good but I'm not sweating or really even tired when I get done so I think I need to try something different for optimum weight loss.

Tell us if you like them. I have never actually used any of the biggest loser DVD's, but I think I would like to to add to my exercising. I do think you need to "shock" your body a little with different routines.
