Diario de MarelYVR, 17 ene. 09

What a bad day - food-wise. :-( It's been a bit tough as we came up to visit "in-laws-elect" and spent the day skiing and then had dinner at their place (we're staying until tomorrow). The food was put in front of me and I just couldn't be rude and say that I basically wasn't going to eat dinner. I guess the only bad part was the frozen yogurt with the brownie and the side serving of linguine with dinner. At least there wasn't a cream sauce but I just didn't want to make a big fuss.

I guess the good news is that I skied for several hours today so burned more calories than my normal daily gym outing.
