Diario de JoyPope, 13 ene. 14

I'll have to say, that I did pretty well this weekend. I did my 100 calorie challenge all weekend long and did 20 minutes worth of cardio Friday & Saturday along with a 4.6 mile trail walk Sunday! I didn't go over my calorie intake and gave into my craving of vanilla bean ice cream Saturday night. Thankfully, that was the only real craving I had. Overall, a successful weekend. Let's keep up the good work throughout the week!

It was! We're going hiking in the mountains this weekend and we are all really excited! We kind of had to do a dry run lol.
