Diario de su2green, 07 nov. 06

So far so good today. I just made a batch of brown rice. Always handy to have around. I had soup for lunch made with tofu, mushrooms, corn, and no telling what else I put in it. I was just going through the fridge looking for things that weren't enough to even use as a side dish and threw it into the pot. I also ate some of the brown rice after I cooked it. I'll have that for dinner with some broccoli and whatever else I pick up. I really need to go to the store. I'm out of fresh fruit.

I have to remember to take a snack with me to work today, just a baggie of carrots or something or it may very well be a long day indeed.

Giving up soft drinks and caffeine has been difficult. I feel like I'm always fighting off a headache, but I once was caffeine free for a very long time and would like to get back that way. I'm concerned about soft drinks affect on bone density. I have thinning bones and a tendency to break my toes [since i was little, this is nothing new] so anything I can do for bone strength is worth doing.
