Hi All so I have been quiet for a few months....think 2 or three. been going to a chiropractitioner, finding out that I didn't have sciatica but my disk in my spine had moved out. So no excersise and well I didn't stick to my low cal meals. Anyway, I am back and looking forward to starting again. Will do a weigh in tomorrow, think I gained alot oh well, at least a start is a start.
