I'm ready to bring the New Year in the right (healthy) way. Starting now, I will still eat what I love, but only in small portions throughout the day. Pretzels, pepperonis, cheese, nuts, Special K, etc... All that, but in small portions.
So far so good, and I'm NOT STOPPING NOW!!
