Diario de FernLT610, 11 ene. 14

Okay. This morning I decided to make minor changes. Instead of making an egg sandwich with cheese on thin whole wheat toast with ketchup, I made 2 eggs - plain. And instead of using sweetener and half and half in my coffee, I drank it black. Reducing my calorie count by 226 and my carb count by 19.14. I am in much better spirits today than I was last night. I'm planning on fish for lunch and a salad for dinner. Tonight is a friends birthday celebration at a bar. I would like to stop in and buy her a drink. I plan on ordering water. *sigh* I am going to do my best to stick with my meal plan for the day. Wish me luck! I'm going to need it.
