Hit the ground running today. Literally. I went to the gym and did a run/walk combo. It was tough. I can tell I've gained weight and haven't been doign cardio for a while, because my chest was pretty tight. Tomorrow I'm going to get up and do a workout on Exercise TV, and hopefully hit the gym again tomorrow night.

Day 1 - Completed. Stomach hurt a bit during the day, but I think it's remaining from the weekend. Kept calories low, kept carbs as low as I could.
