Thought I ought to update. Haven't posted since March at 226lbs.
April 226, May 228, June up to 230 and back in the hospital. Wild afib, another nuclear stress test.
July 228 lost a little. back in cardio rehab. Aug 226 lost a little.
Sept 226 same o same o. Back in hospital another angiogram. Good news.
October 228 o-crap my 3rd cancer. Melanoma on my forehead.
November 222! I've been on a diet! Back in hospital for melanoma op, while wife Shelly is in hospital same day/same time for septic gall blatter op. Hmmm...2 operations, 2 states, 2 cities, 2 hospitals. Got friends?, need rides?,who needs science fiction?
November 20th 232 weight sky rockets! What?? Dr worried. Decide to visit daughter in Denver for Thanksgiving. Bonding with daughter. Pay attention! Mile high city. First day: land at 6pm, can't breath! Gasping for breath. Afib runs wild. Suffocating. Dizzy. Can't stand, sit, lay down. No sleep all night.
November 21st Day 2. In ER by 7am. Back in ER by 6pm. Admitted. Diagnosis: heart failure- 3 months to 5 years.
November 22,23,24 Poked and prodded. Lots of Lasik (diaretic) weightdrops 10 lbs to 222. Release from hospital in time for great Thanksgiving dinner.
November 25 Emergency fight home. Back to sea level!! Daughter visit: 6 hr, hospital: 4 days. Great Thanksgiving holiday.
Dec 1st weight 228 Dr orders: back on Lasik.
Dec 16th 221. Feeling good. Determined to break 220! I'm up to date.
