Diario de doublecheese, 09 ene. 14

Accidentally fasting today. :P
Had my last meal yesterday around 5.30 PM, and I haven't eaten anything yet today (11.50 AM).
Can't eat until around 2.30 PM so by then I've been 'fasting' for 21 hours.

I'm feeling a bit lethargic cause I only had 1050 calories yesterday.

I don't want to eat past 7 PM, so I only have 4.5 hours today. Should I eat all 1400 calories I planned to have today?

Listen to your body. If it says I'm hungry! Then eat until you feel satisfied. If you end up not being hungry then don't eat.

exactly..what The Blue Box said, If you are not hungry, don't eat. I am still working on this, I eat because MY HEAD wants it, not because my tummy needs it.

Sherisauer, that is one of the "symptoms" of insulin spikes, or so it appears. After eating high-GI foods, almost always processed food with added sugars, your insulin will spike and you will feel the need to eat shortly after (because you've had a sugar crash and your body wants to replenish sugar in the bloodstream), even if you are full.

I've only seen the rest of what you wrote now Double cheese. I think that you should not avoid, in this case, eating beyond a certain time. I read an article citing a recent discovery that, the timing at which you eat is practically irrelevant and that, the most important is the overall number of calories at the end of the day. But even if that wasn't true, you've been fasting so you definitely should eat all you feel like right now because, regardless, you will lose weight with all the food you missed before. Don't worry about eating more than you can because that won't work too, your body will just store as fat or send it to the toilet :P

What I mean is: Don't try eating more than you feel like! That's a big mistake. Eat only what you feel like. If you feel like eating past 7 pm, feel free to because there's no way you'll put on weight as a result of your previous fasting. :)
