Hello 2014. Back up at the high end of my weight range again. Back to try yet again. Never made it to the last goal. Amazing how one visit from a mother-in-law and having cookies, candies and sweets can derail me, and put all of the weight back on within a matter of months. So sad. Anyway my fat clothes are too tight, and time to get back down to a healthy weight. And of course.... try to keep it there.
I plan to weigh in tomorrow, after 1 day of healthy eating so I am not completely disgusted by my weight gain.
