Day 6 - I think the “water weight” stage has ended and I’m happy to be down 0.2 this morning (6 total). Today is my “light” day at the gym, so I swam laps for 31 minutes. I’m feeling really good about this program!
Successes: 1) Kept to my calorie goal, and ate only healthy foods. 2) Didn’t stop once during my swim. 3) Really got to relax this weekend, ready for the week ahead!
