Diario de Tagkido, 05 dic. 20

Day 5 - my first weekend in the program. I felt pretty nervous that without the distraction of work I’d be tempted to munch on all day but actually the opposite happened. My appetite wasn’t there much and I had to force myself to eat! Plus I had the whole day’s eating planning - super healthy!

Successes:
1) Hopefully nearing the end of water weight (down another lb today and I can’t wait to be able to “see it”.)
2) Epic double cardio workout today - almost 32 mins running and 30 mins swimming laps. Very tired but big calories burned up.
