One of the trainers at my gym said shes going to get on the intercom and tell me to step away from the scale every time she sees me weighing myself. lol I'm so glad I've got her supporting me too!
142,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 51,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

She's right. Chasing that scale every day, will just make you crazy and wreck your motivation. Fluctuations of a couple of pounds from one day to the next, or even one week to the next, are normal even when losing weight and following your diet strictly, and getting worked up over being a pound higher than you were 24 hours ago just gets you depressed. You're in it for the long term. Just stick to your diet, keep working out, and be patient.
