Diario de scarycrow, 10 ene. 09

I had forgot all about hot wings. The restaraunt we use uses a Hot wings sauce with neglible carbs, and the lemon pepper and garlic parm wings are very low carbs. Nice to feel full from something other than beef and eggs :)
Well, I gained .5 lbs, probably more water weight then a weight gain. Another day down, and only 73 lbs to go :)

You're right... it's probably water retention... wait a couple days and weigh in again.. yum... those wings sounds tasty!
