Diario de Tiramisa, 28 dic. 10

So stress plus hormones equals overeating of all kinds of stuff that may or may not be bad for me. Something for me to keep in mind. Although I have the compulsive eating somewhat under control, it helps when i keep low calorie treats around that satisfy my need to snack. The jello mousse is def gonna save me too! and even though i don't prefer microwave popcorn, I am willing to pay the extra bucks for it because of the portion control it helps me with.
