what Bob Greene said about Oprah is true for us all especially me ---> "Every day she needs to wake up and commit to the things that add vitality and health to her life. It's all in her hands."
It is all in my hands - no matter who makes me mad, who hurts my feelings, no matter how disappointed I may be or why - not sticking to my plan because of such things is craziness. I dont know why I allow those things to get me off track, it only makes matters worse FOR ME!
So, I hate to say it but in all honesty ---> to hell with everyone else, right now, its all about me.
I've always made everyone else a priority never myself (and sad truth is, all these others that I have made a priority, have never made me a priority, never). hmmm... could be a lot of my problem, wouldnt you agree?

Hi Hottie!! I am right there with you! Are you a mom? It seems like when we do everything for everyone else, it zaps our energy and we take care of ourselves and our needs last. As Oprah said, we need to put "me time" back on our schedule. Hope you have a wonderful day!

No, I'm not a mom just one of those who puts everything into everyone else, well who of those who used to! :)
It will be interesting to see how those around me react to the 'new' me - when I am not at their beck and call, when I actually say what is on my mind, when I take more time for me and less for them and so on, yep should be very interesting.
