Day 4, and I had a quick dip in wieght. Hopefully this is the start of Ketosis. So, yes I had eggs again for breakfast. After induction I will add some other things to my diet, I cant wait to add oatmeal back in :(

Way to go!! Luckily, I have a love affair with eggs, LOL.. so there's no problem for me. I omelettes though... so I guess the variety in that is enough to keep me happy! Keep it up!!!!
