Back from grocery shopping ... freezing rain! My hubby took the girls to their dental checkup, so I have the house all to myself .. hehehehehe ... I feel devilish! This hasn't happened in AGES! Of course, all I will do is pack out the groceries and have a cup of tea .... sigh!
I bought the fixings for a huge turkey dinner for someone who is going through some hard times. Her hubby lost his job and they have two children. I know it can't be easy (at the same time I don't want her to feel beholden or awkward ... I wish I could put it together and drop it off at the door anonymously. However, she lives in an apartment somewhere in the city, so I am trying to get in touch with her to drop off the stuff). I hope she answers my calls, I have been trying to reach her since yesterday :(
