Diario de sheshemoo, 19 dic. 13

For three weeks, I have been nearly flawless with my eating habits....and then I went to a movie tonight. I have to watch my sodium, so I ordered the pretzels without salt and barely used any of the cheese. I asked at the theatre if they could look it up for me, but they didn't have the nutritional information on the packaging, so I figured I'd be ok since they weren't putting the salt on it. I WAS WRONG! When I got home, I looked it up, and I tripled what I should have had in one sitting. Ugh. I'm going to try not to beat myself up but as I swell up, it's a constant reminder to take a minute and check everything out BEFORE I go somewhere.
