Pretty good day so fat, I've got 8 points left for supper and I'll just have celery if I need a snack later.
What a day I once again had to work as a CNA/CMT instead of in my office so I got all the exercise I needed.
My boss & I have made the commitment to exercise starting tomorrow night @ 6pm after supper. I'm normally exercise in the AM @ 6AM so I get it out of the way but If I know I have someone relying on me I think that will motivate me to do it more I think I'm also going to try to do a little in the morning too.
