Day 2, things feel good so far. I notice that when I am doing atkins I dont feel so bloated after eating. Lets hope the fat around my middle sheds!

That's one of the things I love about Atkins. After a few days on the diet, you'll notice that your stomach "shrinks"... it's weird but true!!! Way to go!!

I notice the bloat going away in the first couple of days, that is just water weight, just wait until you start losing inches everywhere else too! :)
