I am completely amazed at how effective the low-sodium diet is in keeping everything else inline without a thought. The carbs, fats, proteins and calorie count all are where they should be if the sodium is at 1000mg/day. I never, ever thought this would work like this. I feel full all the time and even though I have the on-going issue of dizziness and hearing loss that forced me to do this diet, I have never felt better. AND I'm losing the weight I gained since I entered that life-changing stage called menopause.
