Ok..it is the holiday season so I am being careful not to go to crazy. I have such great momentum leading into this holiday season that I a don't want to step back. Looking forward to the new year and a return to the old me. The "In shape me" I can't believe how I let a woman break me down so far. I do believe in a natural order however and I am confident that her lies and cheating will come back to her eventually. So now I am just focusing on me now. I dug out an old "guy movie". Vision Quest!!! What a great motivator! I might just wear this movie down...lol. I lost almost 20 pounds before I joined FatSecret and I find that this site really makes to whole process more fun. I hope others are finding that to be the case as well. Anyway...good luck everybody!
