Well I could not do my workout last night, and I do not feel guilty, I got on it and did about 2 min, and almost fell off, I was just to sore. I do not feel guilty I have worked out for 16 days straight, and I guess I can take a day off. Back on track today, work x-mas party tonight, lots of goodies, but just going to take it easy. Have to update diet calendar for yesterday with the changes.
