Well, time to get back on the wagon, I suppose. It's so tough to "deal with" (I guess), that I am so overweight. It is just so depressing and I feel like I've gone back to square one, although my weight is not so far off what it was back in August. August?? How has it even been that long? <sigh> My f-i-l died in July. Went back to work in September. Then the holidays....always an excuse. When will I stop with the excuses? When will I stop allowing FOOD to be my best friend? Will this be the year of my success???????
