Time to renew in the new year. I think I'm going to try calorie restrictions to 1800-2200. I think the 2400 was still a bit too much. I know it sounds like a lot but when you're heavier you do need a bit more to keep you going. I've tried 1200 calorie diets which just leave me starving, even after making most of my calories from veggies.
Finally got a hair cut the other day. While cute, it's not quite what I wanted. I think I'm even going to go shorter next time :O

Question for everyone? How do you deal with food pushers?

Don't starve - you'll just gain it all back with a vengence! Bodies don't like starvation - this is very unfortunate for those of us trying to lose weight! Good luck in the new year - a new haircut sounds like a good way to start!
