Did pretty well through Thanksgiving weekend. I swam a total of 3 1/2 miles plus surfed twice. I came out the weekend gaining only a pound. not bad considering all the food we had including two thanks giving dinners, and one of those being Italian with lots of cheese & meatballs last night! For the 4 day weekend I ingested 6,600 calories & burned 13,000.
