Managed to complete a 10 minute walk plus a 5 minute jog on the treadmill with no issues, the knee feels better.I hurt my back doing an over head press with the warm up weights though. I didn't do too much damage because I packed it all in immediately. The next 7 days Wil be focused on the treadmill every other day and letting my back heal.
