I've decided to try something new. I'm going to still count my WW pts but I'm also going to start my hypoglycemic diet and stick with it like I'm supposed. I couldn't find it listed here.So we'll see how the first week goes.

I'm making my new weigh in day Monday because that's every body's start a new diet day and that's the day my diet buddy weighs in. I'm going to do my best not to way everyday like I usually do and get discouraged.

I don't want to be a size 2 I want my blood sugars to stabilize and not have as many aches and pains.

Late entry I will prepare for tomorrow's eating so I don't have to eat what the cafeteria offers. I know better than that. I am eating Long John's take out tonight for the last time in a long while.wow fat content threw the roof for this meal but I'm not to far off on pts and calories maybe it won't go straight to my hips
